Your Next Opportunity:

As our next Modular Building Roofer, you will have the unique opportunity to carry out regular Roofing duties in an indoor factory environment, installing brand-new roofs on our modular buildings. That means you’ll get to experience the comfort of working out of the elements while still achieving job satisfaction from a job well done!

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Installing roofs on brand new modular buildings
• Installing fascia and gutters and preparing downpipes for onsite installation
• Ensuring all work is completed with precision and safety in mind, following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations are met
• Working collaboratively with our skilled team of professionals to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What You Will Bring to the Team:

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We're searching for exceptional individuals to join our team! If you're a skilled Roofer with at least 2 years of experience in roofing installation and a knack for metal roofing systems, we want to hear from you.

If you're in the final year of your apprenticeship or need some support to make the leap, we're here to provide guidance and new opportunities. Your strong attention to detail and your ability to troubleshoot any roofing issues will enable you to deliver flawless results, ensuring a sturdy and leak-free modular building roof for each client. Your ability to interpret plans and specifications, as well as your familiarity with building codes and regulations, will be paramount to your continued success with Uniplan.

Additional requirements include:

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The physical ability to perform roofing work, including climbing ladders and operating EWPs while wearing safety harness systems
• A sound understanding of roofing materials and equipment 

Reliability and punctuality will also be highly regarded.
