Your Next Opportunity

As our newest Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for liaising with current and prospective clients and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer service experience in all their interactions with us. These interactions will predominantly take place over the phone, so your ability to build rapport and multitask will be paramount in this role.

Day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and fielding general enquiries from clients
  • Accurately entering data and updating records in a timely manner
  • Following up on customer enquiries by proactively making sales calls as required
  • Responding to email and website enquiries
  • Responding to quote requests in a timely manner
  • Performing after-sales service with the Timberline excellence mindset guiding you in every interaction

What You Will Bring to the Team

To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience in a customer service environment - preferably in a retail or sales environment. You’ll have a customer-first approach in your work, with the ability to multitask and stay organised when faced with competing priorities.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so reliability and a positive attitude are a must in this role. Your passion for providing high-quality customer service will be your greatest asset, and should guide you in every interaction with our customers.

Critical to your success in this role will also be the ability to work within a team environment as well as independently as required.
